Bridal Skincare: A Realistic 90-Day Prep Plan

We walk dozens of brides through the lead-up to their wedding every year. Here's the plan we actually recommend.

By Julia Okafor, LE

We're fortunate to work with a lot of brides, and every spring our inboxes fill up with the same question: when should I start and what should I actually do? Here's the plan our senior aesthetician, Julia, walks clients through.

Day 90 to Day 60

Start with a thorough skin consult. This is the time for more ambitious treatments: a microneedling session, a corrective peel, or starting a prescription retinoid if your skin tolerates it. It's also the right window to address any active concerns like hormonal breakouts.

Day 60 to Day 30

Shift into maintenance mode with monthly HydraFacials and a consistent at-home routine. If injectables are part of the plan, this is when we do them — never closer than three weeks out.

Day 30 to wedding day

No new products, no new treatments, no experimentation. Keep the routine that's been working. The week of, we recommend a gentle oxygen facial and nothing more aggressive.

Book a bridal consult and we'll map the plan around your wedding date together.
